Remyndrs is free or $8.99/month for Premium (no per-message charges from us). However, standard text message rates from your mobile carrier may apply. If you have an unlimited texting plan, Remyndrs messages are covered. If you pay per text, check your carrier's messaging pricing. Most modern plans include unlimited texting.

After 14 days, your account automatically moves to the free tier—you won't be charged. The free tier includes 2 reminders per day, 5 lists, and 5 memories. All your data is preserved. You can upgrade to Premium anytime by texting UPGRADE. We'll send you reminders at 7 days, 1 day, and on the day your trial ends so there are no surprises.

Super easy! Text STOP to unsubscribe from all messages. To cancel Premium but keep using the free tier, text ACCOUNT to manage your subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period, and you keep all your data. No hidden fees, no hassle.

Yes! All data is encrypted (in transit with TLS, at rest with AES-256). We never sell your data, never show ads, and never share with third parties except trusted service providers (Twilio for text message delivery, OpenAI for AI processing, Stripe for payments). You can delete everything anytime by texting "DELETE ACCOUNT". See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Remyndrs works with all major U.S. carriers: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Cricket, Metro by T-Mobile, and most prepaid/MVNO carriers. If you can send and receive regular text messages, Remyndrs will work. Even flip phones!

Currently, Remyndrs is optimized for U.S. phone numbers. International support is limited but may work depending on your carrier. International text message rates from your carrier will apply. Contact us at support@remyndrs.com to check availability in your country.

Remyndrs uses OpenAI's GPT-4o-mini for natural language processing. Just text like you're talking to a friend: "Remind me to call mom tomorrow at 2pm" or "What's my WiFi password?" The AI extracts dates, times, and intent. If it's unsure, it'll ask for clarification. No commands to memorize!

Not currently, but we're exploring it! For now, each account is tied to a single phone number. Stay tuned for updates on shared features.

Your data is tied to your phone number, not your device. If you get a new phone with the same number, just text Hello and you'll have access to all your reminders, lists, and memories. If you get a new number, email support@remyndrs.com and we'll help transfer your account.

Email support@remyndrs.com with "Data Export Request" in the subject line. We'll send you a JSON file with all your data (reminders, lists, memories) within 7 business days. You own your data—take it with you anytime!
